With our smart, modern pop-up shelters, we can
create a weather-proof al fresco kitchen in minutes to tack onto the side of
your venue. Over the winter months, our Portuguese terracotta wood-fired ovens
play a major role, serving up wood-roast venison, guinea fowl and caramelised
root vegetables.
