Lamb Roast
Minted or Studded Welsh or English Lamb
Our lamb is roasted French style with Rosemary
sprigs, studded with fresh garlic & served with homemade mint sauce or red
current jelly Roasted Welsh or English Lamb seasoned with Rosemary
Our Lamb is grown on the Welsh hillsides and
brought to us in refrigerated lorries over night. Although New Zealand Lamb is
much cheaper, we do not roast frozen lambs.

Spit roast Lamb takes 3 - 4 hours to cook in our
CE approved Lamb Roasting machines.
Each Lamb will serve up to 70 portions depending
on the size of animal Therefore, to feed 70 - 140 guests will require 2 spit
roast machines including Lamb, and chef to carve.
Lamb Roast machine, 20 kg English Lamb, to feed up
to 70 guest portions, fuel, delivered, collected, cleaned and sterilised by us,
free delivery within 25 mile radius of our base, you will als get:

What is included:
Are the strictest hygiene procedures backed up
with trained staff boasting Chefs and Food handlers, who have all obtained at
least the "CIEH Foundation Certificate" in Food Hygiene (formerly the Basic
Food Hygiene Certificate).
Our chefs will wear proper attire, either
chefs whites or similar clothing and protective gloves whilst handling
your food conforming to our protocols of presentation and hygiene.
Your Hogs/Lambs are delivered into our store under
temperature controlled conditions and then transported to your event under the
same stringent parameters.
Food & Hygiene Regulations lay down guidelines
for temperature probing meat whilst cooking, being stored and so on. Hog Roast
staff have been trained to understand Health & Safety Regulations.
All our machinery is sterilised before use and is
CE approved by government inspectors. We have absolutely no association with
any other Hog Roasting Companies whom pre-cook and re-heat pork, or do not
adhere to regulations and conditions mentioned in this information. |
